I may see plenty of wrong in Obama's policies and actions, but YOU are totally blinded by the man. If you care to search the past, then you will see that I am not all negative on our President. But, lets face it, his polices and actions leave a lot to be desired! I think that he may be the worst President in recent times.

Do I see positives? Of course. He killed Bin Ladin. I disagree with some above over this. If you read into the Bin Ladin raid, then you will see that Obama made some big choices with lots of risks. That was great! He is fairly tough with China. His plan for drone attack is effective.

Congress? Sure. They are a problem too...when are they not a problem for any President. I like that due to checks & balances. However, despite his claims over and over again, Obama has not compromise nor has he reach across the aisle (remember Clinton?). Has Obama created a more unified America? No. He actually has made America more divided now over race and gender than before he came to office. His vision for us globally is to make everyone the same...weaken us to be the same as everyone else. Has he made Middle East more stable? What a joke! Remember how he apologized to the Muslim for all of us.

Unlike you, I don't just look at my wallet to say who is good and who is bad. My kids have to grow up in this world too...it just does not end with me. I want a strong America, globally and domestically. I want a society with real values. I want others to fear us militarily. What have we done since Benghazi attack? Obama has simply swept it under the rug, denying everything and anything...blame Hilary...done. Have we made those terrorists pay for killing our Ambassador and SEALs? Has Obama made those SEALs who went beyond their duty to try and save our Embassy NATIONAL heroes?? Oh no, instead, he made Trayvon our national martyr. Does that make sense to anyone?? One year from now, Obama will wear a t-shirt with Trayvon picture to make it a national holiday. Martin Luther King did not even get this much recognition from a President!

Want to know what is sad? Our country is so divided racially that the family of four that Zimmerman saved last week is now terrified to appear in public or to express thanks to Zimmerman!! Oh yeah, thanks Obama for "real" progress!

Remember, Obama finds out news about his own administration from reading the newspaper! Who says these things? That makes former President Bush look like a freaking Einstein! Obama can make great speeches but when he goes off the script, he can say the dumbest thing! Where are we with Obamacare?? Even the unions are now crying! Who the hell thinks that Obamacare was a great idea?! You did I am sure!

Look, I can go on and on. I would just hope that Obama can keep his mouth shut from now on when it comes to LOCAL issues. Instead, he needs to concentrate on HIS JOB as President of the most powerful country in the world. And part of that job is to keep us at the top of the food chain!

And yeah, i think that you suffer from a bad case of Obamasexual.

No it doesn't bother me at all but you seem like a decent, well-meaning fellow and it makes you look a bit silly when you are expressing some well thought out frustrations.

Your over-generalizations and statements of events and viewpoints like they are fact are fine I guess if you honestly believe all that. Just remember one thing......not you or any of us truly know whats at the root of ANY real decisions that are made, but I'm sure you are already very aware of that. Can't believe all the good or bad that we read or hear. 1Engineer had a good thread on that a while back.
 
I've also noticed that THE MEDIA .... particularly progressive media ....

keep referring to the female juror who implied she wanted to convict but couldn't because the evidence wasn't there under the law as "the only person of color on the jury"

The problem with this sentence is that while the woman is a Latino American (from Puerto Rico), George Zimmerman was also a Latino American but they don't mention that of course. It is like there is a deliberate effort to put this case in terms of white vs. minority.

Looking at all of that it is pretty misleading to keep referring to her as the only juror of color (without mentioning G-Z was also of color) since she is just as much a minority as the accused. So shes a minority and George-Z was a minority and Travon was a minority.

The media is just race-baiting this whole thing, whatever station you watch or newspaper you read.

Did anyone see this video from Bill Whittle? I had never heard of him before I saw this video. I found his closing statement was rather interesting as well.

I don't know enough about the case to have a full opinion however after hearing Larry Elder on CNN I started to form one. Sad ending either way.

that's exactly what I thought. Anyone can say anything about this guy and its gonna make news, no matter how factual it is. I am guessing that if there were any truth to the allegations and the local police did NOT arrest, they would be crucified. Also heard his wife is now refusing to press charges. Hmmm, sounds fishy to me

The cynic in me thinks this was a trap to further some civil litigation.

See, that doesn't make sense to me either... why would she divorce before these suits are paid out and any potential book/movie contracts are signed?
