Looking for the part number of gasket that is between exhaust manifolds and crossover pipe on my 2002 Runner. Rock auto doesn't seem to list them. Thanks

Post the part number once you find it. I've got a bag of oem gaskets I got from another member on here. If I have it you can have it.

Thanks for the part number.
You guys think it's worth it to install headers since this gasket is gonna be pretty much a pain in ass to install. I was looking at the OBX headers which are in my price range . I like the fact that it gets rid of crossover and moves it lower. And gets rid of the factory flanges. I know people aren't crazy about them but for the money I have read good reviews with the only gripe being the manifold gaskets.

I've read a lot of mixed reviews on the OBX headers & I wouldn't go through the pain of installing. I'm assuming you have a 5VZ. I would only be interested in JBA, TRD or Doug Thorley headers myself.

Thanks Scramble. I went the cheaper route and just ordered new gaskets from manifold to muffler flange. Even o2 sensor gasket. Figured while he in there mine as well do them all. Sad part is I just had motor installed , should of did it then.

Yes you should have!
It's easy with the 3RZ but I did my Clutch when I had the engine out.

I'm having similar issues but want to replace all the gaskets from the manifold back. I am pretty sure the manifold gasket isn't leaking, but will perform the smoke test this weekend. I want to get all the flange gaskets, from the manifold to the crossover pipe, cat, etc to the muffler. I can't find a good diagram, even on camelback, of the gasket or donut part numbers. I had the rear cat off a month ago to fix a few leaks in the pipe so those gaskets were replaced, but the ones forward of that up to the engine are suspect still.

Found walker's site which has good info. This is for a 2001-2002 4runner:

Qty 2 31384 for the muffler front and rear connections
Qty 1 31374 between front converter and rear converter
Qty 1 31549 between front pipe (crossover), and front converter.

Those 4 items are about $26 on Amazon as of this posting. Still dont have numbers for the crossover to manifold connections but those might be factory only?
