Gear oil pump that doesn't make a huge mess?

Anyone have a suggestion for this? I've tried two different ones and they've both leaked so bad that there's more gear oil on my driveway than in my diffs.

Lolol, I gave up years ago and just paid my mechanic 15 bucks.

I just use one of those plastic cheapo ones you can buy at an auto parts store that has the extender tube that will fit to the bottom of a gallon container.
They're not perfect but they get the job done. At one point I searched for an electric pump for this application but I didn't come up with anything that I though was a good purchase.

I have a long fuel line I have electrician taped to a gear oil bottle nozzle. I never take it apart. It's only purpose is for gear oil.

I use the same one I use for filling the lower unit on my boat. Made by Mercury Marine. Doesn't leak. Buy them at Walmart, Cabela's, etc. Cap screws on to quart gear oil bottle.

I've done basically the same thing. It works better than any pump.

I just use the cheap hand pump that fits on top of the jug. Super clean and easy. slowly pump till it weeps out. use a paper towel to wipe the line then put the jug back in the box. screw cap back on. done. toss paper towels away.
