General Maint on my 02 ?

Hi:
Just wondering I had my 02 sport edt for about 3 months. I do not know if my transmission fluid has been changed it has 86000 miles on it I want to change it. Not sure if I should with this many miles could it harm it? I also want to change my diffs and my transfer case any opions or comments to add ? need some guidance.
