not to do with the thread but the top removal process is not that bad.. i do it by my self in about 30 mins.. thanks

I can confirm this, I can remove the top by myself, or with a helper in about 10 minutes. Remove a handfull of bolts, lift it up a little then walk it towards the back and set it down on the ground or where ever. It is actually faster by myself, I attach it to a hoist in my garage and just lift it straight off.

Yup. Here it is another 3 years later, and Canada just won gold in hockey. I was in grade 4 when this thread started. We didn't even have the internets back then

Hey guys my name is Noelle I am looking to buy a 2004 4runner with that 126,000 miles on it. It has had regular upkeep and quite a bit of work done to it timing belt changed 1 time and water pump changed twice, with only 1 owner. I live in Colorado, it is a 4x4 and I'm just looking to see if I'm getting a good price. They want $9900 for it. Please help thanks!

I was just recently gifted a 1989 SR5 5-speed, I'm working on rigging a suspension pulley system in my garage to lift the top off and store it during the summer. Do you know how heavy the fiberglass top with the windows is ~200lbs?
