Help me a little here please.
My stock V6 muffler rusted out. I put in a Magnaflow, but it sounded terrible, with an obnoxious drone from 1800 to 2500 rpm. Replaced it with a Borsal system which sounds much better, but has dropped power considerably. I just noticed it has only 2 inch pipes.
Will the Gibson drone? Will it sound similar to the magnaflow? I can accept a little louder than stock, but I really don't want a drone coming and going at certain revs.

This is 2.5" piping. Stock is 2.25. That's why you dropped power with the other one.

There is no drone with the Gibson on this truck. This is the quietest of the aftermarket catbacks.

So, does this simply replace the stock exhaust even without the headers? Any way to save a couple bucks if we don't want a tip at all?

Yep. Catback system, all mandrel bend tubing (means all bends stay at 2.5" diameter. Contact me directly if you don't want a tip and I'll see what I can do. Call or text 717-319-2100 - can also take orders over the phone.

I think you have to pay some extra to exhaust shop and they can bend it to the side for you,thats what others have done






WHEN WILL THIS SALE END?any info on that?how much time do i have before it goes to full price?

It was supposed to end Friday, the 9th, yesterday, but I've been getting a decent amount of orders and got it extended until Dec 16th!

If you want it quicker, don't want until then to order. Holidays are coming and they are starting to take longer to ship, it's the time of year...

An another couple of questions,i am not sure what it looks like with the tip and without the tip,if you have photos of both,it would be nice to see....

Is there a significant saving if no tip is added or if its possible at all?

Is there a way to buy dual exhaust for a 4th gen?if its possible,what are prices?
