well i found "la-dee flats" on google maps, so i'm going tomorrow and will report on conditions for ya! maybe even pics :loco:
Well i think i drove by the gravel pit (giant tree-less feacher with a large vertical hill in the background, and a pond in the middle?), i didn't go into it because i couldn't see the ground!.... was kinda fun, but i didn't go crawling around much since i didn't know what was what... made a quick video of the trip!
:whip2: :wtf:

Looks like fun, I haven't had the chance this year to get into serious deep snow! Only stuff that a foot and a half or less. I don't think we are thinking of the same gravel pit. I will have to show you, it is off the 4610 road IIRC. You have to go through some trees almost like a trail then it opens up into the gravel pit.
Let's see if this link works. https://www.google.com/maps/place/G...1s0x549575e85d2e60bb:0x9fc30a18adce5d2f?hl=en
Ha! i was just up the road from there, yep not the same spot i was at. there was only a foot or so of snow, just enough to cover any pointy obstacles! looked like a promising place! although my GPS tried to take me down a couple of gated locked roads the first time....
