Yes they will because they don't actually mount to the roof rack. I attaches to your hatch, so it should work with anything.

Thanks I have been looking at Drabbits rack but liked the idea of a ladder, so your answer opens more (and less expensive) possibilities.

I don't know what gen 4r [MENTION=110237]boater1217[/MENTION] has but the gobi ladder will NOT work perfectly with a Baja rack on a 5th gen. There will be some contact when opening the lift gate. Many people have just ground down the ladder where it contacts.
