I called them and they told me they'd get in contact with Gobi. The next day I received this email as a response.
3/3 was my sale date.

Glad to hear at least someone got an update. I'm to the point where I am starting to get irritated. I understand it may take longer than expected, but it would have been nice to at least hear something from Gobi or Trail Duty letting us know where things sit. I don't really appreciate handing over $1500 then just expecting something to show up on my door step months later.
Based on the number of orders, we have collectively handed over almost $90,000 to these companies and so far gotten nearly nothing in return. I don't care how amazing the product is, bad customer service really ticks me off.

So not 5 minutes after my last post I got an email saying it's being packed and will ship out tomorrow. I'm feeling a little better now. (I did finally cave and fire off an email to Gobi and Trail Duty earlier today asking for an update.)
I still stand behind what I say though, for such an investment I feel we could have been kept more informed through out the process.

Patience guys.....
I guess some of you guys have not ordered from shrockworks where your bumper takes 5 months before it ships. 8 weeks is nothing.

Man I hear ya....I'm beyond irritated. With $1500+ invested, at the very least I would have expected a form update once the quoted 6-week mark passed. Then perhaps another when the 8-week mark passed.
I'm know it's an awesome product and I can't wait, however I believe their customer service needs some attention. I find it ironic that whenever anyone emails them in frustration, amazingly their rack just happens to be shipping that day. Sort of like being told that my rack was shipping early last week, I bet when I email tomorrow for an update it will just happen to be going out that afternoon.

Got a call from Alexis at Gobi, said my rack is shipping on Monday and I should receive a call regarding freight info. I paid on 3/2. Since they're in CO and I'm in UT she said I should have it by Tue or Wed. We shall see but in the mean time I'll be holding my breath standing outside staring at my phone until Monday.
UPDATE:
Sandra from Gobi called me today, confirmed which spoiler I have, said everything is getting boxed up and is shipping on Monday. Expected delivery is Wed, maybe even Tue since CO and UT are so close.
Order date is 3/2 so if I receive it Tue we are looking at 64 days, just a little over 8 weeks which is not bad. There is hope so just sit back and enjoy the extra gas mileage you're getting now without it.

Got an email from Trail Duty this afternoon. Pretty much stating the same info everyone else has been receiving, my order shipped on Friday and the shipping co. will be contacting me later for delivery options. I'm in OK so shipping should only be a day or two from CO. Hoping to hear from somone soon.
Well this is encouraging. I'm still being patient and will be plenty happy as long as I receive mine by the end of the month. Need to install before I go on vacation to carry all my "junk." Someone needs to post pics as soon as it arrives.
