I called Gobi also and the lady said mine would ship March 6 as well. I am number 17 on the list. She said the freight company would call and give me the shipping information.

I just contacted Gobi for a status update. She said that my order is scheduled to ship March 20th. I am #117 on this list. Hope that helps some people. Have a great day all!

Yeah, they'll schedule you in and get it knocked out. It's $100 off for them to do the install too. So apparently the "free" shipping has a hidden fee.

#116 on the list and I got mine yesterday. Wasn't updated on trailduty or anywhere else. Just randomly received a call from the shipping company and had it delivered yesterday. Just spent 2.5 hours putting it together. A lot easier than I thought it would be. Will do the wind deflector tomorrow. I must say I am impressed with this rack.

Had to pay through Trail Duty, so they should of sent the invoice, not Gobi

Trail duty charged my CC the day I put the order in. It's interesting to hear that your experience is different.

According to jicko, there were two ways to order:

1) Over the phone with Gobi
2) Online with Trail Duty

I did the first, and that is how I suppose our ordering processes are different?

Got my invoice a couple days after I ordered online through trail duty. Are you doing a cash on delivery thing??
