Not that I know of.. I sent Gobi an email. Hopefully they can clear this up tomorrow. Their customer service has been lacking thus far..

I left it alone and didn't think much about it after that. I figured I'd just monitor everyone else's post on this forum to see when I would get mine...then Bam! Surprise phone call from the shipping company. Totally made my day. Hope you gets yours soon

Leslie from Gobi emailed me letting me know that my order will actually ship 3/15. Guess she thought I was in the first batch of orders.

Number 3 on the list and order direct from Gobi. I haven't seen any transaction go across my account. Called twice, sent an email and left a message. No response so I am not sure the list order matters.

#1. Pretty much same. Was told end of February on January 10. Haven't heard anything. Card hasn't been charged.

I called and ordered direct from GOBI. I received an emailed invoice a day or two later. I still haven't had my credit card charged. :/

That's kind of my point. If Gobi has orders from Trail Duty that were charged the day the orders were submitted, those are liabilities. I wouldn't be surprised if they shipped against those orders first because credit cards have a limited window to complete charges in some cases. Otherwise someone could potentially a charge back. But this is all speculation.

Well, it's just speculation. I know we will get our orders at some point. Was just thinking critically on this... something I'm known to do about all businesses.

I just got an email from Gobi stating my rack will ship at the end of the week. So that is good news. Just interesting that by going direct through Gobi we are pushed back.

I'm not sure that is what Gobi is actually doing, I just made an observation based on some people's shipments. Glad to hear you are getting your order soon!

I was told to expect my order to ship the first week of April. We shall see though.
