Do it yourself hands down. You can post here if you have any problems. Don't pay someone for that!
The key is taking your time. Sure, people here will say it took them 20 minutes, or whatever, but who cares. Who cares if it takes you 4 hrs tomorrow to do it and have it done right.
EDIT: What are you going to do about the tweeters up front?

I was just going to leave them i guess, i would think it would just be unplug the old ones and plug the new ones back in. im just not to sure about how to get the door panel off to get to them.

Unscrew the black screw inside door handle. Pop off the handle that you close the door with cover (look at it at eye level if you have to). Unscrew the two screws in that. Pop out the two pop rivets on the door. One on top right. One on side of door. Reach down to bottom of door and pull straight out. Should hear popping sound. Do this all the way around. Push the plastic door handle opener forward (I believe) to loosen it. Lift door up to get off of door lock. Twist entire door to get over handle (I don't take handle off).
Take your time. Tell yourself itll take several hours. Be careful of breakage when taken door off the above mentioned way.

It is very simple to do. The connecting of the speaker itself is the easiest part. In order to get at it though you have to take the whole door off, which I believe all you have to do is unscrew/unpop the door handle area and windows. After that its just a matter of pushing in the tabs with a screw driver and the whole thing comes right off.

Yes, i got the fronts in. I had to order some adapters for the back speakers, but ill put up some pics of the fronts. It was pretty easy!

Nice job, I just did mine about a month ago...I kind of regret getting new rear speakers, only because I really didn't notice the difference.
The tweeters are super easy, the triangular piece by the mirrors comes off. I ordered Pioneer components with tweeters and luckily one of the tweeter housings that came in the package was the same diameter as the "cover" for the old tweeter. I only say "cover" because the triangular piece is actually all one piece and what looks like a speaker grille is molded to it. What I did was cut a circular hole the exact size of the old tweeter and wedged the new tweeter+housing in there, it looks completely stock. I would definitely recommend getting the tweeters.

Why did you get a four way speaker if you already have tweeters up front?

There's really no reason they are just really nice speakers and I love pioneer so these are perfect!

Just for future reference to everyone else. Unless your rear speakers are crackling or blown. Dont bother replacing them. Replace the fronts, and the tweeters with some decent pairs of speaker and leave it. Ultimately, the only thing you ever hear from the rear is called "fill."
If you didnt have rears it would seem wierd, but as long as the same track is playing from the rear you nor your passengers will really notice sound quality difference.
