The last picture looks like the CV boot as torn just before the small diameter clamp. This seems to happen alot with the J120/J150 vehicles as they age. You can get the CV Axles rebooted or replaced.

How much will that run me at a shop? I can do it just done have time... Could this affect 4wd not working at all?

The inner clamp of the outer boot on my passenger side let loose after 113k miles. The shop replaced all 4 boots, cleaned the CVS and repacked them for $550.

Anyone have a step by step in order to fix? I am assuming you pull the wheel hub, then pull the cv axle out and repack?

Thanks... That's spot on. Torque specs on the shaft I am assuming are fairly close to what's in my tacoma. so based on this video, should make me 15 min when I start unscrewing bolts
