Just after 84K mi I've had a whine coming from the idler pully near the alternator. Makes sense with all the salt they put on the roads up north that they would be corroded.
I followed the guide over here on how to re-grease all of them. It is an easy DIY so if you are mudding or getting your T4R wet I would plan on re-greasing your idler pulleys on a regular basis.
Replacement pulleys are around $50+ each. But if you take your time and are careful you should be able to re-grease and re-use your existing idler pulleys multiple times and may never need to replace them.
