I've perused these boards from time to time over the years after I bought a new 2003 Sport Edition almost ten years ago, and I've been back pretty regularly in the last few months since I set my sights on a 2013 Trail Edition.
The 2003 is still going strong at 180,000+ miles (wife drives it now) and I've loved every single one of the 1200 miles I've put on the '13 so far.
Thanks for all the info, ideas and inspiration. After two and half years in a VW Touareg, it's good to be back in the 4Runner club.
