Grinding Sound When Accelerating

Hey everyone!

So for a few months my t4r has been making a sort of grinding noise when I accelerate. It sounds the worst when you first press hard on the gas and goes away slightly as it increases RPM.

If I shift into Neutral while on the gas, it doesn't happen. Same thing whenever I am off of the gas. It is horrendous when I am going uphill. I also have no CEL.

I tried searching a bit for this issue, but came up empty-handed. Does anyone know what this could be, or is it just nothing and I am trying to find more things to do to my rig...

It could be any number of things. An audio recording might help narrow it down.

Grinding while accelerating is usually "pinging". Kind of like a high-pitched metal grinding?
