Griot's Garage, shipping confirmation?

Does Griot's Garage email a shipping confirmation when they ship your order? I can't remember from my previous order.

Zaino's, like many online retailers, email a shipping confirmation with tracking number when they ship an order. With the Zaino's order that I placed last week I got an email the next day with a tracking number. I placed a Griot's order the day after the Zaino's order and haven't gotten any shipping confirmation. I am anxious because I want to have some of their hand polish and pads so that I can work on taking the swirl marks off of my Camry over the Veteran's Day weekend.

I can't remember, either. But their customer service is good, so you could call them.

No need to call them. I got the package today via UPS, 5 business days after placing the order. So, no complaints about the delivery time either. Still, Griot's should update their order processing to include emailing a tracking number.

thanks, based on those links i purchased zaino's z9 and z10 online. can't wait for them to arrive, hopefully my interior will smell like a baseball glove again!
