Not sure since I don't have third row seats... I'm sure you could make this work if you remove one of the third row seats (if that's possible) and bolt a plate down to the cargo pan in place of the removed seat. I used riv-nuts to install into the cargo pan since there were no preexisting threads that I could use to bolt into.

Feel free to PM me if you have more questions, I didn't mean to derail this thread sorry.
