Growling when first started

I have noticed that when I first start my 4Runner after it sets for a little bit or mostly after it cools down there is a growl very faint in sound that comes from the front. It happens when I start to take off maybe rolling for about 5-6 feet. Almost sounds like it is on the drivers side. I would say it sounds something like when the vents open and close growl. Is this just a common thing as far as sounds on them? It has around 170,000 on it.

I think everyones does that, my truck and my brother do it, last for about 20-30 seconds then goes away. It idles high too at around 1500 rpm then settles just under 1000-800 then when I'm driving idles around 500-600. Or maybe that's just ours..
