Gt radial savero ht2 tires

Have been looking for a set of tires for my 4th gen t4r getting quotes like 750-800$ a set just makes me wanna.... lol anyways found some tires call GT Radial savero ht2 and it's at 100$ a piece, it's got some good reviews behind them but just thought I ask u guys in here to see if anyone has ever sport these on their cars and what was the pro n cons of them? Thanks

$482 shipped after mail-in rebate. $60 for a good shop to mount and balance. You're out the door for less than $600 with a good, name brand tire. Plenty of options around $600.

I have those Cooper HTPs in the rear. I had Dunlops all around before (OE tire for an 07 I think?). The Cooper's have a bit more road noise, and my MPG dropped about 0.3-0.6 mpg consistently, so obviously a little more rolling resistance (even with more pressure, which didn't make a difference after about 36 psi cold).

They're ok, nothing special. Price is semi-decent, but I do wish they had a bit less road noise for such a "highway" oriented tire.

I'd stick with well known brands for tires. My truck came with tires I had never heard of National Courageous 265/70R17. The tires worked fine even took the in the snow, but I wasn't about to spend $200 on replacing the spare with the same unknown brand. I didn't want to mix and match with the V8 4x4 system. I ended up buying Cooper AT3s in 265/70 and so far they've been awesome! Not noisy at all and I've got about 13k miles on them.

If you're really set on buying cheaper tires, I do still have the Nationals (set of 4) with less than 5k on them.

Lot's of guys used to run their MT around here I also had a few friends that ran the MTs on Zuk with Toy running gear and a Bronco II they seemed happy with the tires.
