I’ve got someone close that is going to be chopping up a Runner here soon.
I’ve got ideas, just need the spare window sections to be able to mock up.

I popped my rear window out by mistake
It was a really hot day and I had a ton of stuff packed in the back. There was a 2x4 or something pushing against the front top corner and it just separated the adhesive. There are a couple of alignment pins but its just glued on there. Once a little bit had let go, the whole window could be popped out
I would guess if you imitated that scenario with some pressure and time that thing would separate easily.

I agree it's an expensive mod. But I have spent close to 8k on this 2200 dollar truck at this point. Whats another 1500? I will probably just wait until I blow my window out, but you can bet this is what I will replace it with.
I met the founder of Velox at Toyota Jamboree 2 weeks ago. Really nice dude. Sold me the spare tire off his wife's Lexus for 80 bucks! A couple of my 5th gen buddies have the Velox Gullwings on their rigs. They love them. But hey also have cash to burn and love to spend it on their rigs.
