Nothing too special yet, but I'm slowly adding to it. Currently a month old fresh off the dealer lot. Already added an ARB compressor under the hood, Prinsu rack w/ Batwing (for beach and camping trips) and 275/65R18 KO2s.

Are you experiencing any additional noise with the installation of the prinsu rack?

Oh man, one thread full of nothing but GX goodness! I looked high and low for a first gen, but I couldn't find one that checked all the boxes for me. I finally settled for a 5th Gen 4runner. I may have to keep looking after seeing all the photos you guys have posted. The wife will need a new car soon.

It's the same basic suspension design and they ride pretty similar. Just depends how old and worn out the stock suspension is.

I believe the Lexus with airbag rear ends were softer from the factory than a 4runner with coil rear.

When we test drove the Limited 4 runner and the GX, my impression was. The gX rides a bit softer, but hits the bump stops in the rear a lot more. It's also more top heavy. Heavier and taller body on taller tires. Ours is a 2017 GX

The new exhaust. Full stainless tig welded headers back, using factory cats cut to 2.5" to help improve flow and cut restrictions.

Bought a new toy for the wife...

Picked her up a 470 for her and wasted no time upgrading it. Bought it on a Friday and by Sunday it was lifted with new wheels and tires.

I can never get to these quick enough. But, I guess my parameters are so tight in terms of year, mileage, and price that they become unicorns. They usually sell within the same day.

Year I am very picky about, I only want 04s, I don't want to deal with the vvti mess. I also only want the dark interior, non nav, and 3rd row. Other than that it comes down to a color choice and well I have the two colors I would want so... Mileage I could careless about, the 2uz motor has been well documented to push well past the 500k mile mark with basic maintenance. So a 200k+ mile truck to me means I can use that as leverage to lower the price thus actually making it more appealing to me because of people like you -no offence and it's you money and so I can't blame you for being picky. Just know that I and people like me will capitalize on your hesitation or overlooking on things like this. I would rather put sweat equity into a vehicle than pay a higher price.

Nice looking GX. Nice stance. It must be a non- snow country car. Around here the doors would be beat up from every yahoo opening up the doors into your car, and the rocks and sand and salt/mag Chloride would have taken its toll already.
