Hankook Dynapro ATM "LT" - How Harsh of Ride?

So I can get a set of used Hankook Dynapros w/ 70% tread left for $175.

I need new tires and I would prefer the 'passenger' load rating, but, this value seems almost too good to pass up.

How harsh is the ride going to be and how much will the LT vs. the passenger load range affect mileage?

Depends on the size and if they're worn evenly... I don't think you are supposed to put anything less than LT on a 4Runner because it is a Light Truck...

I have the Dynapros ATM RF10 (265/75) and they don't really make any noise to speak of. They ride and handle great!

I also paid way more than that, so it seems like a steal to me.

Just went outside to double check, mine are P's.

I have 265/75/16 LT's and love them. They are pretty harsh when you get up to about 40psi and above if you are carrying a lot of weight. I just recently sold my drawer system and removed a bunch of un-needed tools and junk from the runner so I'm down at about 36psi and they are pretty nice now. You can tell you are on LT's verus P's but for me with wheeling the stronger sidewalls was worth it.

I'm not going to walk out into the snow to check but I'm pretty sure my Dyna Pros are P-series, not LT. They do fine.

BTW, they kick a$$ in snow, too.

At that price (and assuming they're in good condition otherwise) you can't go wrong. I'd say do it. I paid about $800 for my new Dynapros in August.

ya i just put a new set of dyna pro's on last month. really like them so far.
