Hankook RF10 problems

Anyone had issues with RF10s? Mine are about 2y old and growling like mad and I think I've found a "wave" in one of the sidewalls. I don't believe they are rolling true anymore....

Mine still look and sound new and they're getting close to being 2 years old. They've only got around 8-9,000 miles on them tho. Hows your shocks? How bout your alignment? Maybe you have an underlying issue causing the tire wear?
