Has anybody ordered from Resz Fab?

First off I’m not bashing Resz Fabrications. I ordered their rear links sets July 7th. I’m been Emailing, Texting, calling for a about 2 weeks now and haven’t gotten a reply back. Is anybody else waiting on links? Again I’m not bashing, only getting a little worried. I see they constantly post on Facebook and Instagram. So they are a legit company, right? I paid around $800, I would like an update on my order. Does anybody know that it takes months for their links to be made?

I have not ordered anything from them but they are a legit company. I am local to them, however, I have not seen them running around town lately (last month or 2). There was a FB post a few weeks back saying they are behind, there is an eye surgery upcoming, and employee vacations that they are working through.

Thank you for your reply. It’s good to hear that they are a legit company. Like I stated before was not meaning to bash, insult, etc.

OP, you have every right to expect a timely response if you dropped $800 on one of their products. Customer service in general pretty much sucks now-a-days, and we all flock to companies that are good communicators. I'm willing to pay a bit more, and deal with longer waits if a company keeps me in the loop. It's a frustrating issue, but IMO a simple fix. Answer your damn emails, folks!

OP, please follow up on this thread when you do get some word/receive your product.

Let me bring this back from the dead. Anybody??? Looking to purchase their upper and lower rear links since they’ll be 20% off this weekend. Read a comment or two about long lead times.
