Has anyone traded in a limited for a trd off road with KDSS?

Can you tell me your reasons why you made the trade ? How do you like the trd so far compared to the Ltd ?Do you miss full time 4wd sometimes?
I’ve been thinking about trading in my Ltd for a trd off road with KDSS( all TRD off roads come with KDSS in Canada) since I did the calculation of the mods I plan to do and it turns out it would cost quite a lot of money and I would end up taking a lot of OEM parts off of the vehicle which I don’t know what to do with them afterwards. The suspension is a big one ,mine has the Xreas suspension which is priced at $3K at dealership and it has 17k miles on it, I’d have to remove it if I chose to go with an aftermarket suspension kit and installing the sliders. So far I’ve found a few of 2017 trds in my area with around 16k-18K miles on it and I think I won’t lose too much money if I trade it in. What’s your thoughts? Thank you ahead and happy new year!

I wanted to add a small lift and wasn't interested in removing Xreas. I wanted the rear locker (although I haven't used it yet). I like the look of the OR more than the Limited (I'm not a chrome guy) and I wasn't interested in swapping out the body work. I miss the full time 4WD, especially now, when the roads are partially icy/snowy, and partially dry. I miss the ventilated seats. I'm happy I made the switch. Only you can decide if it's right for you. Happy New Year!

Can you tell me how much they offered you on the trade ? You are exactly like me. I really don’t wanna touch Xreas but I want a mild lift and I love the look of trd especially with TRD Pro garnish on it.

Remember, I'm in the US. It was a 2015, $33K, around 30K miles.
