i got the bottom bolt to the rear strut out, but when i try to loosen the top nut out the whole strut just spins along with it. What should i do? Also how can i get some space to take the rear coil springs out their doesn't seem to be enough room to attach the spring compressors.

When I originally removed my stock shocks I out a large set of vice grips on the shock body and used a ratchet on the top. It eventually broke loose.
As for the prints. I used the oem jack between the frame and rear axle. The jack pushed the 2 parts away from each other allowing me to easily pull the spring out and replace it.

The top part of the shock has a spot to put a wrench on it will un bolting the bolt.
Un bolt the sway bar at the axle, it will allow the axle to have more drop while jacking one side up/ the other will drop.
That's what I did too. Works great for struts and oil filters.

On your rear coils, you should not need coil spring compressors. After I removed the shocks, I made sure that the the side (which I was working on first) was up enough for the wheel to be "dangling", thus removing any coil compression, and sort of "shook" the coil spring out. It took a little finagling, but it came out pretty quickly. Followed up the other side in the same manner.

After fighting with the shocks for an hour I bought and used a reciprocating saw and cut the nut/thread off right at the top of the mount. It pops off with a little force so be careful but works like a charm.

I got lucky and only had to do that once...
