Just so you know, if you would use the search feature you would have found the answer to your question.

Another user had the same issue, it was due to a broken seal around the housing... replaced under warranty.

yeah definitely has to do with a busted seal. I think some other members have experienced the same after they blacked out their head lights. They didn't seal the lights up properly and water go inside.
