Good evening! My name is Scott and I just recently bought a 98 4Runner Limited for DD purposes. But shortly after getting it the mod bug hit, I swore to my wife I was going to keep it stock but that promise lasted a week.

When I first got the 4Runner the brake pedal was/is super soft. I have bled it a few times and it has gotten better but I am sure there are underlying issues be it a brake booster or a master cylinder.

I am looking to install the Bilstein 5100 shocks and OME springs. I do plan on a few other things too to help with the lift. It is currently sitting on FJ Cruiser 17" wheels and BFG KO2 in 265/70-17. Once I am done with the lift I am thinking of upsizing to 285/70-16 KM3.

Scott

Here is the 4Runners big brother my dedicated wheeler. At one time she was my DD before the 4Runner.

Nice rig, looks like a blast! I miss hitting the trails in AZ with my 98 lifted Ford. Getting my first 4Runner today and looking forward to hitting the dirt again!

Hello buddy! Nice project you're working on. I was kinda curious what part of Az you reside and if you knew of any sweet trails for nice drive our, camp, and drive back the next day? I live in Mesa and looking to explore more of the state now I can get to it

Welcome, also in AZ.
Bought my first T4r on Tue. with the intention of adding things.
