Hi everyone! Female Soldier stationed at Fort Polk, La here. Been lurking since sometime in May. I had been looking for a Salsa Red Trail, but those things are nowhere to be found here in Louisiana or the Gulf states, apparently. Didn't even have any luck trying to special order one through any of the dealers, either, as they all wanted to try to convince me to buy something they already had on their lot. I was even seriously considering flying to St. Louis and driving a 2013 back here to Fort Polk, La! Fortunately, I came across a 2012 at a CarMax in NC, and I had it transferred to the Baton Rouge store. So, as of 5 June, I am a proud owner of a 2012 Trail in Salsa Red, with KDSS and nav/Entune.
So far, I have only added window visors and bug deflector, mats, and a Thule roof rack system for carrying a couple of fishing kayaks. Will be ordering the Wet Okole seat covers in gray hibiscus. I am still searching for the perfect wheels (have my eye on the Fuel Trophy, the matte black w/ gray bead ring) and tires. Haven't decided if I will ever lift my new baby.
