Hey all. I'm Jason, from Palm Desert, CA. Snagged my 1st t4r last week - a '92 3.0 4x4 w/ 150k and an impeccable interior - the guy had a dash mat & custom seat covers on it from day one! Exterior has sun damage, but is otherwise really solid. Hoping to make it my daily driver and adventure-mobile for cycling camping and otherwise getting outdoors.
Doing some rehab on the shift linkage, one of the brake calipers, fixing the rear wiper, and chasing down a misfire in cyl 3.
I've done some searching around the site but if anyone wants to point me in the right direction, especially for 2nd gen, that'd be great... seems like 2nd gen is grouped in "classics?"
Looking for common mods, fixes to common probs... advice on owning the 3.0 motor.
