Hello, my name is Kirk. I like long walks on the beach, sunsets and holding hands.....not really.
Anyways, more like motorcycles, mountain bikes, and camping.
Just bought my 99 Limited 4wd with 170k on the ticker. I hear it is almost broken now. Anyways glad to finally be off the ground again and rid of the car. I thought that I could live with less ground clearance for better fuel efficiency but I was wrong. I don't really do any off roading but I do get on lots of forest service roads and sometimes they are well rutted out especially after the record rainfall we have had this year. So the 4wd 4runner will be more than sufficient for my needs and hopefully the reliability of 3.4 holds just as true for me as it seems to for everyone else.
If there are any tips, hacks or inherent problems I should be aware of for the 99 Limited, please let me know.
Thanks
