FYI, about 3 months ago I ordered some sliders from them, got confirmation right away and my card was charged. Called several times to get status, left messages with no response and then the sliders showed up (about 6 weeks).

Great product, very well packed and reasonable delivery time considering they were made to order, just no communication.

Josh is a Loser terrible service absolutely terrible attitudes acts like a child and he can't figure out how to take care of his customers not to mention he's not insured or registered. Terrible experience and treatment for me and my buddies who were all looking to get work done. But after seeing the way he runs business he would be better off jumping into the Grand Canyon.LOSER!!!!

I guess I was lucky. I ordered a set of rock sliders from RCI the day after I picked up my T4R. I got a shipping notice 2 and a half weeks later. Though they were well packaged, they had scratches on them. Now I'm trying to find out the manufacturer and color of the powdercoat so I can try to find some touch-up paint, but RCI isn't answering their phone or emails. Doooh!

UPDATE: Ordered full set of aluminum skids/A-arms tonight...ZERO problems....had RCI aluminum skids on previous 4runner..ZERO problems ordering or installing then....very fair businessman, a pleasure to deal with
