Can anyone tell me how to become a "member" not a "junior member"

I think it has to do with how many posts you have.

Okay thank you! And one more thing, how do you have your profile picture up every time you post something? I can't firgure that out either

Click "User CP" in top left of page, right below the t4r.org banner. On top right of that page you will see profile options.
