Help- Brake squeaks and creaks

First time post... I need some help.

2005 4runner limited- new brake pads and rotor turn 3 months ago.

From the front, at any speed, I hear a short squeak once per rotation. Dealer said it was a rust ridge and sanded it. That did not work. The noise is only on one side. Light braking causes noise to stop.

Also, when the brakes are applied lightly, the right rear emits a "creaking"/clicking noise once per rotation.

Hard braking is quiet all around. This is very annoying and I would love some advice on how to solve the issue(s).

Assuming you don't see any obvious defect on the tuned rotor, remove the brake and reapply brake grease between back shim and apply brake on the sliding pin.
