Help/question - Buzzing/hissing sound coming from center on acceleration?

Good morning... Looking forward to the groups' collective intelligence/experience...

I just noticed yesterday that my 2018 ORP with 80K-mi has some hissing sounds coming from the center console/center armrest or shifter area, whatever you may call them, during acceleration (when pushing on the gas). To make sure it is not due to some of accessories in any of the compartments, I cleaned stuff out (mostly my wife's) - then proceeded to drive out early morning with less traffic so I can record. Please check attached.

Any advice? Insights?

Exhaust leak. Check all the joints on the exhaust system.
