My step son is considering a 97 3rd gen Limited.

Here is the data

150 K miles
4WD Limited
Good body
Exc interior
$5895. +tax/license

I owned a 97 liked it but let it go at 120K miles

Antenna motor I know about...

Would like to know anyone's experience and pointers with the problem areas so we can assess before purchase.

Thanks for the help. He picked up a 1997 Limited 4WD 170K for $5,885.00 He and his buddies took it Toyota where one of them works and put it to the test. It is a worn 1997 but with some TLC it should be a sharp ride.
