Help, rear driver side wheel locked up in nuetral

I took the truck to the car wash today and put it in neutral. The guy kept asking me to take it out of gear and it was but the rear driver's side wheel was dragging. It moves when driving and is engaged but it doesn't coast or turn in neutral. WTF??

Sounds like a leaking axle seal.

Nevermind...the damn emergency brake cam or whatever you call it in the wheel was rusted fast. I just hit it with some PB Blaster and a hammer and it came loose. Still not moving freely though.

Check the drum on that wheel for differential fluid, your axle seal may be leaking and causing the shoe to swell and lock the wheel up.
