Help removing rear cargo carpet anchor

Does anyone know the easiest way to detach this carpet anchor/trim fastener? In the process of replacing a bad subwoofer and need to remove the rear interior corner panel.

Found one video where the author couldn’t get it removed and was able to detach the panel anyway, but not as convenient. Would prefer the extra freedom to apply leverage on the panel.

Found another video where the author quickly removed the anchor, but blocked their camera while doing so at high speed and didn’t explain how it was done.

Tried to pry the inside tab out a bit with a screwdriver, but it’s not very flexible and worried I’d snap it easily.

I seem to remember just sticking a dental pick in the slot around the tabs and pulling them towards the center of the hole to release mine. probably had a painters tool or trim tool under the lip to pull up but I don't recall it being overly problematic.

Hey, I know this is old, but you don't happen to know what the part numbers on those are? Mine are *destroyed* somehow. New to me car. But I'd like to get things back in decent shape.

Sorry I don’t know the part numbers. Fortunate mine are still in good shape. Also apologies on the late response.

I was able to successfully remove the anchors with a small hooked pick inserted through the small holes on each side, pulling the tabs inward.

The truck is a 2004 Sport.
