HELP! Sounds TURRIBL after timing belt & water pump

The noise in my video was from the fan clutch bolts not being tight enough. The fan was making contact with the shroud. I have mixed feelings about this. I'm glad that I did everything else correctly, but annoyed that it was such a simple fix that I didn't continue to investigate.

I would call that a win, to be fair!
