Help Suggested maintanece for a 1999 runner with 180,000 miles

Been doing all the maintanece my self for a few years but with this many miles I want her checked out... No issues right now except when it's really cold and I put it in drive she won't roll right away and revs high...moved from ga to my this year so not sure if it's just a built in cold start protection please help
