...when i at least do LBJs, shocks, and springs?
to be fair, the truck rides pretty good when the roads are smooth and on the freeway (haven't loaded it down yet so can't comment about the rear sagging) but when i've had passengers in the rear they have all mentioned how bumpy it is, and freeway buckles and railroad tracks at speed are an adventure. not positive but would almost bet i hit the stops when going over speed bumps in the parking lot too. i know i have a sweaty rear damper, so im thinking in the near future i'll replace the shocks and springs, and this site has me paranoid AF about lower ball joints even though my Runner only has 78k+ miles, so i wanted to float the classic "if this was your truck" question to ask what else would you guys look into replacing if you already had the 3 things i mentioned in mind?
UBJs? bushings? tie rods? control arms?
and just for reference, since my 98' is 2wd, outside of the occasional fire road when we go camping, this thing will be mostly on-road as my 5k mi/yr daily driver...
