Help with a couple of noises/vibration

First: noise
Drivers side front window.
When rolling down the window and it reaches approx half way down there is a LOUD cracking sound, and the window will jump/stutter, but continues to go all the way down. when rolling back up the noise is not nearly as loud and there seems to be no stuttering.

Second: vibration
While driving at highway speeds is when this seems to be most noticeable.
If the wheel is turned slightly to the right (think correcting for the crown in the road) there is a noticeable hum and vibration coming from what I believe to be the right front wheel area.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

For the window, first try lubing the window rails with liberal amounts of silicone lubricant. That fixed mine

Remove the inner door panel?
I think I already know the answer but just want to be sure.

Window is most likely just arms catching on each other. Lube or bend them a little. Vibration could be CV axles...

2nd issue could be a wheel bearing. Lift up the front end check front wheels for play by gabbing from rv outside edge of tire and rocking from the 3-9 and 6-12 o'clock positions. And rotate the wheels by hand to check for smoothness. But does it only happen on certain road surfaces? One way I weed out tire noise from other issues is to drift onto a painted line (when safe) when the hum, whine, or whatever is occurring and see if there is a noticeable change in the sound.
One question though, steering wheel slightly to the right to correct for road crown? Wouldn't that do the opposite and steer you toward the shoulder?

Sorry, should have clarified.
If I am in the inner most lane...fast lane, and correcting slightly back toward the center or going around a long sweeping right hand turn in the highways when I hear / feel it. I drive about 7 mi of country 2lanes+20mi of interstate+ 2block and I am at work/home, each way daily so I really only notice it while on the highway.

While you may have already figured this out, I thought I'd share what I found for others who may run across the same problem in either driver or passenger door in the future.

1. Lift up on the armrest pad to remove it
2. Then start to remove the screw that holds door panel against pulling on the handle (behind where the pad was) unscrewing 2 or 3 turns should be enough.
3. Run the window down and up.
4. If the noise is gone, remove the screw all the way
5. Add two small washers to the screw and reinstall.
DONE!

I wish I knew this before I started on the noise because it took 45 minutes to figure out the problem... because, thinking it was a problem with the arms in the tracks I removed the door panel completely to look at the window mechanism. And of course when the door panel (and screw) was off, there was no noise.

So I spent some time looking at where the arms were when the noise would have happened and I noticed the hole for the handle screw.

Aha! So I put the screw in about as far as it would have been with the panel on and the noise returned.

Crazy that something as simple as a screw 1-2mm too long would make such a scary-loud noise.

I ground the end off the screw but added the washers to be sure before reassembling the door panel.

[MENTION=144217]DMX512[/MENTION] I had a bad feeling the problem and fix seemed WAY to simple, and sure enough, it was not the problem at all.
Originally, I removed only the door panel to look for interference and from what I could see then it 'appeared' the door-pull handle screw was the problem. After grinding off the end of the screw I had no noise and assumed the problem was solved.

Fast forward to this last week...
The first time I had rolled down the passenger window in over a month the loud snapping sound was back with a vengeance.
Ok, so now it's time to dig deeper, but in my digging it turned out I was a bit lazy... thinking the screw was still the problem I only took off the armrest and removed the screw... still the noise.

But HEY, what is THIS??
Now I have a gouge in the window tint at the front of the window!
(Yup, this was the first time window was rolled down after a professional tint job.)
Ok, now I've localized the interference and here's where I had simply had it with the problem and got truly lazy, simply blaming it on the window regulator mechanism and just ordered a new one from Amazon.

Fast forward to today...
Surprised by an early FedEx delivery I decided to git'er done right away.
After removing the door panel and speaker to access the front window frame bolt, I was able to get a better view... but nothing appeared out-of-place so I went ahead and swapped regulators. Only as I was tilting the window back into place did I realize where the interference was... between the bottom of the window and the door stop mechanism!

Of course I never saw it before because I always had the door fully open.
But this time, I pulled the door toward me as I reached for a bolt on the console and I happened to glance at a mirror I had left inside the door and the door stop was almost against the window.

Now, how and why this problem crops up in later years (or did the two previous owners never roll the window down?) I have no idea, but suffice to say, I wasn't planning on wasting any more time in this so decided to modify the door-stop.

After realizing the doorstop is the same whether on the drivers or passenger side, just turned over, I knew it wasn't a problem of the wrong part.

So I took my grinder and cut a small amount off and tried it. It looked better but still too close for comfort. So I went ahead and cut a huge chunk off and now no way will it hit the window.

Before putting it all back together I took a number of photos which should help others understand and better yet, fix the problem, albeit with a grinder.

The first photo shows the interference when the door is CLOSED. (There is no issue when the door is open, even partly)
The second photo is after my modification.
