Help with rear bumper install

Gentle people,

I come to your font of knowledge on bended knee. I am going to be doing a rear bumper install this weekend and there are two pieces I would like to have ready before beginning but I can't for the life of me figure out the part number, local dealership is 1 hour away and hard to work with over the phone so I'll see if anyone here knows.

The first item...

The install instructions say I need to reuse 4 bolts that came off the rear frame and were taken off from the bottom, (2 per side). I have been running around without a bumper, (plastic covering), for the last 2 years and cannot for the life of me remember where I put these but I know they were fairly substantial bolts when I took them off and not the small ones used to hold the plastic. I also remember they were threaded directly into the rear frame rails. Anybody know what size these are?

The second item....

Is not as crucial but as stated I have been running around without a rear plastic bumper for a while and have lost the two small rubber "flaps" that cover the outside of the vent used to equalize pressure when the door is shut. These are usually hidden on the sides of the fender behind the plastic bumper up high about even with the top of the tire. For reference the driver side one goes directly into the compartment used to hold the jack.

I don't know how necessary these are as they haven't seemed to negatively effect too much over the past year but would like to replace them now as it will be a whole lot easier before the rear bumper is put in place.

Thank you for any help available!

equalization vent. I see that it's listed as left, but I don't see a "right" part. they might be the same part if they're symmetrical.

Here's a diagram for the rear bumper. Not sure which bolt you're after, but there's a few listed.

Thanks man! Equalization vent. Hmm...

As far as the bolts, I'll probably just order 4 of each of them. I would rather spend a few dollars more and have extra then get in the middle of the install and have to stop everything to go get the right part.
