Hestiation

I have an '01 4runner which has been running great. It has well over 250K miles. It has a slight hesitation/bucking at low speed that's been happening for awhile. When accelerating slowly from a dead stop it almost feels as if the trans is slipping or it's not getting enough fuel. If you push it to the floor the hesitation/bucking disappears and the truck shifts and runs great. At highways speeds nothing it shifts and runs perfect. I just changed the fuel filter which was really clogged. I replaced the MAF and cleaned the throttle body. This only happens at a slow speed. A friend said it may have to with not enough grease in the driveshaft so I re-greased and it seemed to help a little. Any chance seafoam may help? It has the original fuel pump. This has got me completely baffled. I go fishing a ton and am trying to fix it before it quits in the woods. Thanks again for everone's help.:ybrick:
