I did mine on the roof rack to keep it out of the way ... damn fridge takes up too much interior real estate already.

Basically I used a piece of plate, a little narrower than an inch with two bolts (cap screws technically) screwed in and slid into the stock roof rack channel. The top is somewhere around a 50deg angle maybe. With a single side for strength. Then just large (1/2" bolts) maybe through them with spacers used to space the jack off of the mount a bit.

All bolts are threaded through the plates or you would need to do lock nuts, or weld or something. Especially the bottom plate. If that doesn't answer your question, and I wouldn't really blame you if it didn't, I'll try to find the original pics and post them again.

I have no idea. I very vaguely remember that rack, and never really looked in to it. I have managed to fit the jack, shovel, and rotopax on the roof with the stock rack which is everything I have needed so far. Does he not offer a jack mount for the rack?

So how are these mounted? You lift up the plastic and carpeting and do what? Are you drilling through the bottom of the floor near the spare tire?

I has the sonoran steel mounts. One thing i dont like, is that near the bottom of the jack, the foot of it. That nut that twist on. It hits one of the pins on the jack!
