Hid h3...?

Does a 96 toyota 4runner require a relay harness and or canceller for H3 HID lights? (IM Retro fitting)

It depends what you are retrofitting. If you are putting in a projector, the bulb base will be dependent on that (ie D2S). But as far as the harness goes, I do not have a canceller just the harness.
