Question on oem spoiler

Hey I have a 2010 TE, spoiler got damaged from hitting a sign.

Looking to replace the full oem spoiler. Does anyone know if the lights are included from these Toyota parts dealers? Very vague on the info. Thanks

On this Toyota parts website for that part number it says no paint and no stop light,

Usually, when buying parts like that, it includes just the bare part. No paint, no hardware, no grommets, no wiring, no accessories (lights). You need to swap everything over yourself.

I just checked and you can get the spoiler already painted but it still doesn't come with the brake light.
