hid headlamp conversion

Looking for a cheap but good hid headlamp set. I got new white 9003 bulbs but I'm looking for something with more of a blue tint to it to go along with my yellow fog lights. any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to figure out where to get projectors and how to install them lol. I just have regular white 9003 bulbs in right now.

If I was more electrically inclined I would jump right into the project. If I buy the parts, could I pay someone at a garage to do it? lol

According to their website (TRS) there are no authorized dealers in Virginia, but you could contact OEM HID Projector Retrofit Parts & Service Specialists I Lightwerkz.net who are based in NY but are one of the highest rated dealers.

To be honest, the hardest part is mounting the projectors correctly the rest is pretty much plug n play. If you are in a budget the best thing you can do is to try and do it your self and check The Retrofit Source | Innovative Headlight Upgrades here they sell some used projectors most of them at 50% the price of new ones. However some of them might have some defects, so if you buy from the closeouts it would be a good idea to contact them before ordering.
