thats my scanner light part of my alarm, as u can see i have some custom mount led on the a pillars by the windshield, the scanner on my steering wheel is wired to only on wen my system is armed, negative trigger, its dei 629l blue scanner, they have blue or red.

looks good man, im running both 3000k in the lows and 2000k in the fogs still, very yellow, and also people say it looks nice with my black truck.

Sorry to bring a dead post back from the grave but I had a question for you/request. I've been hankering to do the HID fogs, and I've been debating between the 3k's or matching my 5k's. Lefty, could you take a shot at night look out from the car with the fogs on and off? So as if you were driving it.
That would be awesome! Also, I want to ask how you did you Joey Mod headlights :-o :jaw drop:

i only have this shot, animated shot with both on/off
you wont get them to match if you keep 5k on both. different size bulbs/housings projected differently. yellow 3k is a good choice IMO for rainy days or snow or just all around.

I have an 08 sport edition 4runner I just bought. As, far as the fog lights go, did you guys install HID's into the stock housing??? The reason I ask is b/c I installed some 3k HID's in a 2007 Chev Avalanche and it melted the stock housing... Any issues in the long run with anyone? (yellowing of the lense or anything?)

brightness and color. the 55w will be a shade lighter than the 35w.
you dont need 55w. save the money get 35w
